Install guide
Unbox carefully and inspect the bike and hardware.
Mount and align the handlebar and controls.
Check all critical fasteners and torque to manufacturer values.
Set tire pressures for your terrain and rider weight.
Charge the battery to at least 90 percent before the first ride.
Pair the Bluetooth app then set initial motor output and regen.
Bed in your brakes in a safe open area before your first pull.
Time: 60 minutes for basic setup
Tools: Hex keys, torque wrench, socket set, tire pressure gauge, smartphone for the app
Tips: Bed the brakes with several controlled stops from moderate speed. Recheck fasteners after the first ride.
Tuning or setup notes
Start with moderate regen around the middle of the range and increase as you adjust to the feel.
Use the app to smooth throttle response for tight singletrack or sharpen it for open terrain.
Set sag and rebound on the Fast Ace suspension for your weight and pace then fine tune after your first session.
